Oh, you want to BE a Rich Jerk?
Well, that’s a completely different story! I’m going to tell you why.
A few days ago, I heard about this fellow who had sold a web site and business on eBay for a fabulous sum of money. More than that, he is still running extremely successful online businesses, which are adding to his considerable wealth, every minute of the day. Now, if like me, you’ve built the web sites, made sure that the search engines find them – and then still only make a modest living online, there’s surely something to learn from this guy’s approach. So, I bought the eBook that he wrote and, although it’s only a small book, it has some great advice.
The topics covered in the eBook include
- Which are the best affiliate companies to join
- Tips on writing a sales letter for your product or website
- Pay-per-click search engine strategies
- How to improve your search engine results.
- Selling on eBay – some really interesting stuff here.
I have to be honest here – there’s quite a bit of this information available in forums and discussion groups online. What isn’t there, though, is how this guy applies the information to his own online businesses to make a great living. I would also say that he’s got a chapter in the book about some investment strategies; that’s one area that I am going to steer well clear of, because I don’t know enough about investments to make a good judgment on the advice.
Will these strategies make me money?
Well, since I bought the eBook, I have already put a couple of strategies in place and can confirm that I have already got a return in my investment. The next trick is to reinvest the profits and build up some capital. Then, with some good working capital behind me, applying more of the tricks and tips to my online business will start to pay good dividends.

How many schemes have you seen before that promise you millions made without a dime of investment or an hour of work?
Every time I see another internet scam or " look alike" I'm reminded of countless times fiends would invite me over to their house after work for some sort of gathering or "product party" These programs and the myriad of other "GET RICH QUICK" or "BE YOUR OWN BOSS" tactics just didn't work for me. It didn't for work any of my friends either.
What does hold promise is affiliate marketing. No phone calls, no downline, no pressure. There are some things to avoid though, and it helps to have some assistance when you are just starting out. For instance, you can buy a lot of pricey ebooks out there that attempt to cover the subject, I know I did!
All that happened was I bought too many ebooks, spent way too much money I did not have to waste and spent too much time reading them all to gather a minimum of useful information. I was led around in circles, never finding a clear path, and there was nobody available to answer my questions when I had them. It was like they were hinting at the secrets of "how to"! What's your experience been like?
The Rich Jerk has a book too, and I'll be the first to admit I was a hardened skeptic to all of this by the time I picked it up. Instead of repeating my prior experiences, here's what I found.
The Rich Jerk is NOT a bible....it's around 50 pages or so. It is a no fluff, full of powerful and proven useful tactics. I actually discovered it by accident, and almost did not give it a chance. I had been frustrated up to this point. What got me started had nothing to do with the ebook's guarantee, but the lack of sales glitz surrounding it. Sort of begged for attention. Plus it was short.
Surprisingly simple, I finished it quickly and was amazed it could be put into practical use without long hours of tedious labor. I already had a job like that! Many of the chapters held topics and hints that were new to me, not found in the gajillion pages I had stumbled through in the other ebooks. If only I'd read The Rich Jerk first ! I could have already been making lots of money!!
Naturally, I had to prove to myself that The Rich Jerk was as good as it seemed to be. I "baited" their email support, thinking I'd find their Achilles heel there! Not so. My "bait" consisted of 20 + thoughtful questions to reveal a weak customer support function. The old sell and run tactic you see everywhere in business today. It took only a couple days to receive several pages of well directed, clear answers that were very helpful!
I'm still on the learning curve of course, but that's to be expected with something worthwhile like this. The Rich Jerk contains basics like:
* Creating an affiliate website that directs meaningful traffic and really converts!
* Creative Search Engine Pay Per Click (PPC) Strategies
* Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Strategies
* Selling Your Own Informational Products
* Buying Wholesale and selling on Ebay
Some added pluses:
* Supplemental Information for beginners...for once there is attention and help when you need it most
* Personally Recommended Products and Services....a HUGE benefit because otherwise you have a huge amount of sifting to do alone.
* Low cost ideas and some free ones as well.....helped me get started with a small budget and limited time.
So I've just touched the tip of the iceberg. Do a deep dive, check it out yourself, because later the deep dive will be in your deep pockets! If you want to start an on line business, or improve the one you have going, I'd highly recommend The Rich Jerk.

A Real Rich Jerk

This guy is real piece or work. I stumbled across his site a few months ago while searching for related topic. After checking his website (and I'm sure he has many) anyone including myself has to conclude that his site's title is defiantly not misleading...He is a real jerk, although I couldn't dismiss him completely since he did manage to pull some rabbit out of his hat and get his site on the top 3 Google search engine. Shortly after, I saw some discussion about him at a couple of financial forums I'm a member of and finally the last straw was when I discovered his website program is the #1 in the Money and Employment category of Clickbank.
Reluctantly I coughed up $49 big ones and bought his ebook. He may be a jerk but he knows his stuff.
His ebook targets people looking for ideas to start a home business or improving already existing business. A wide variety of topics are presented: Making money on eBay, Google Adsense, Affiliate programs, hosting strategies, building web pages, search engine optimization techniques, etc.
The reader can pick up on one or more of these tips or use the information as a recipe (how to) book. He writes in a way were you don't get inundated with information or bogged down in details, just the bare bones of the matter. However, be warned the book is written with a holier than thou air about it and makes no apology for it. When the first version of his book came out describing his journey and the steps he took from unemployment to 6 figure income the already existing home businesses jumped for joy after applying some of his methods. I admit I was one of them. However, the ones just starting out where not as thrilled. Apparently the book jumped right into the meat and potatoes with an assumption that you have some prior knowledge of the inner workings of the Internet. Consequently Version II came out with additional pages just for beginners.
In my case I already have a set path for my part time Internet business so upon reading his ebook I skipped through the stuff I wasn't interested in and got to "my" section...how to get more traffic through my site. Some methods I didn't know and some I should have but never occurred to me (big dummy). In 3 weeks I increased my site's traffic by 37%. Not enough to quit my day job but enough to say that I didn't waste 49 bucks.
Now I don't know if he's a real jerk in real life or just using it as a niche in a competitive market. I doubt he talks the way he writes unless he walks around with 12 body guards. Anyway, rough around the edges he may be but he's got financial wisdom. In a thank you gesture for the increased traffic through my website I decided to put his banner at the Bottom of my web page since it's too offensive to go anywhere else (a guy giving the reader the finger)...real nice...Jerk.

Say Thank You Rich Jerk and Reap Honest Riches

When I first received Holly Mann’s Thank You Rich Jerk! (also called Honest
Riches or Breakthrough Money Making Secrets Revealed), I was a little skeptical
at what I was getting. Considering it costs 60% LESS than “The Rich Jerk”
eBook, I was wondering if the amount of information it contained would be
proportional to the price. I did find this to be true, but not in the way I
imagined.
Thank You Rich Jerk starts off with a short introduction to how Holly started
her online venture. This introduction is a testament to showing that willpower
and positive state of mind can overcome difficult circumstances. Right off the
bat, I was intrigued to how she got from where she was to where she is today.
Also, at the bottom of the page was a link to a Live Journal site. Checking out
the link, I found that Holly actually participates in the discussions. She
provides regular feedback as well as tips on where to get more information or
resources for online businesses. I’m already impressed and I haven’t even
gotten to the first chapter.

Compared to the Rich Jerk eBook, this book pays more attention to affiliate
marketing, website design/content/stat tracking, and advertising. While it
doesn’t offer the variety of different methods to make money online, it does
delve deeper into Affiliate Marketing and creating a web site of your own.
There are good and bad points to this. The good is that you get a tremendous
amount of in-depth information as well as helpful links and tips. The bad is
that if you are looking for varied forms of income to make money online, this
book focuses on fewer avenues while providing basic information and some
helpful tips for other forms of online income.
That being said, this is an excellent book for people looking to get started in
making money online. My advice after purchasing this book would be to proceed
slowly chapter by chapter. Make sure you absorb what is being laid out. This
book is not for people looking to read something in 5 minutes, implement it in
10, and then begin making money. This book is for people would want to build
the foundation of an online business brick by brick.
As I said in The Rich Jerk review, this book WILL NOT make money for you with
no effort. It will take some time to read through each chapter and then utilize
the concepts that Holly discusses. I would list that as a very small drawback
of this book. There is so much depth of information, that it might take a few
readings of each chapter to fully absorb what is being discussed. That is not
to say the concepts are difficult, but that the manner in which it is written
allows (and even encourages this). Holly gently takes your hand and guides you
down the path to building an online presence. Along the way, she stops to point
out different helpful resources as well as to offer encouragement for those
just starting out. At the end of the journey, you’ll feel confident that you
too can make money online.
I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention the numerous free items that Holly provides
for download in addition to the eBook. I counted no less that 5 different tools
and informational packets that she provided IN ADDITION to the information and
links contained in the No Thank You Rich Jerk eBook. As I stated in the
opening, the amount of information is proportional to the cost, except in this
case your $20 investment is rewarded with copious amount of useful information.
This isn’t a 54 page sales letter for more products. It is a reference tool, a
“bible” of sorts for anyone wanting to start making money online. It’s not a
book you will read once and move to the dark recesses of your hard drive. It’s
one that will be used again and again as your business begins to mature.
Final Analysis: This is probably the best eBook for anyone starting out trying
to make money online. Before you invest in compartmentalized books about
AdSense or AdWords, or Pay-per-click advertising, I suggest going through
Holly’s book with a fine toothed comb and gleaning as much information out as
possible. Put her information into practice and watch your business grow. In
terms of bang for the buck, this is an exceptional deal. For $20, I’m not sure
there is a better investment one could make. As much as I liked The Rich Jerk
eBook, Holly’s is step above and costs less.

The Rick Jerk is one of the most successful Affiliate Marketing eBooks available today. He stands out from his counterparts with his “in your face” marketing strategy: He’s rude, vulgar, obnoxious, and sometimes funny, but most of all - he’s filthy rich.
The book outlines the methods The Rich Jerk used to get rich, such as how to create an affiliate website that will sell, search engine optimization strategies, Pay-Per-Click advertising techniques, selling your own products, and attracting traffic to name a few. These are all very well written and laid out in an understandable fashion.
What stands out about “The Rich Jerk” are his unique methods and content. Most are “out of the box”, and some - while legal - could be considered unethical by more conservative marketers. But that’s precisely what The Rich Jerk is - a Jerk!
From my point of view, one of the highlights of this book is the Landing Page information. A Landing Page is the site your potential customer sees when he or she clicks on your ad. It is one of the most important aspects of PPC marketing, and the Rich Jerk focuses a lot of attention on it for good reason. He outlines how to design and optimize your landing page in a way that will maximize your Return on Investment and profits.
The book is suitable for both starters and advanced marketers alike. For beginners, it covers most of the basic concepts of internet marketing, explaining how the more popular programs and tools work. For the advanced, The Rich Jerk offers unique methods I suspect not many marketers (who haven’t already read this book) are aware of.
As for other Marketing methods (Those not Affiliate Marketing Related), The Rich Jerk has a few less conventional Adsense methods up his sleeve, as well as some techniques that will allow you cash in without a website. Personally, I recommend focusing on one field alone in the early stages to prevent confusion and information overload, but it never hurts to know.
Being a popular product, The Rich Jerk boasts a customer service department that will answer your burning questions promptly. It also allows him to lower his price, which was already substantially lower than most marketing eBooks.
To conclude, it really doesn’t matter whether you think he’s a Jerk, dislike him or what he represents - the fact is he is rich, and shows you how you can be too. They say you can’t argue with success - so who am I to argue? If you ask me, The Rich Jerk is definitely worth the money, and even if you disagree - just ask for your money back!

The Rich Jerk has become famous for basically being a jerk. However, are any of the tips in his Rich Jerk ebook of any use to internet and affiliate marketers? This article will discuss the truth about the Rich Jerk and his tactics.
The Rich Jerk caught the attention of marketers worldwide not so much because of his skill but because of his arrogance and his attitude. His philosophy is basically I’m rich, you’re not, I’m a jerk, who cares, that got me rich!
Even if his book is useless he has made money as a result of his in your face marketing. This form of marketing has another name known as anti-marketing or negative marketing. His launch campaign is probably one of the most effective we’ve seen in a long time. However, what about his product?

If anything, the Rich Jerk has demonstrated how you can launch and promote a product in a certain way. However, does it build a reputable brand? Does it make you want to join his list? Is he building an ongoing relationship with visitors and consumers? I don’t know.
His techniques are easy to duplicate and you can get started with it right away. However, I have read much more formative affiliate marketing guides than this one and I have seen better products at a lesser price, particularly for people new to affiliate marketing.
